23 Monitoring and record keeping
(1)
A transmitter or distributor must take all such steps as are reasonably necessary to monitor the operation of its network to ensure compliance with —
(a)
the provisions of Part 2 or an instrument made under section 14(3); and
(b)
the reporting requirements under sections 26 and 27.
(2)
A transmitter or distributor must keep such records of information as are required for the purposes of subsection (1) and retain the information for at least 5 years after the day on which a report containing the information is published under section 26 or 27.
