29 Transitional provisions for Part 4 Division 3
(1)
In this section —
commencement day means 1 July 2017.
(2)
This Division, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to have effect for the purposes of an audit and report under section 26 in respect of the year ending on 30 June 2017.
(3)
For the purposes of this Division, as in force on and from the commencement day, the first reporting period for section 26 commences on that day.
