1 Repealed by the Planning and Development (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2005 s. 4. The part of the State that was, as at 1 June 1988, described in the Third Schedule to the Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act 1959 is also described in the Planning and Development Act 2005 Sch. 3 as it was enacted on 12 December 2005.
