104Q Interference with NSW written-off heavy vehicles register
A person must not, except as authorised by Transport for NSW—
(a)
obtain access to the NSW written-off heavy vehicles register or information contained in the register, or
(b)
make, alter or delete an entry in the register, or
(c)
interfere with the register in any other way.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
