158 Exemptions
(1)
Transport for NSW may, in accordance with the statutory rules, exempt any person or vehicle or any class of persons or vehicles from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Part.
(2)
An exemption—
(a)
may be absolute or subject to conditions, and
(b)
if subject to conditions, has effect only while the conditions are observed.
