9 Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013
Schedule 3 to the Road Transport (Statutory Rules) Act 2013 is taken to be and has effect as a regulation made by the Governor under this Act.
Part 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 does not apply to the regulation set out in Schedule 3 to the Road Transport (Statutory Rules) Act 2013 (but applies to any amendment or repeal of the regulation).
For the purposes of section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, the regulation set out in Schedule 3 to the Road Transport (Statutory Rules) Act 2013 is taken to have been published on the repeal day.
Sections 39, 40 and 41 of the Interpretation Act 1987 do not apply to the regulation set out in Schedule 3 to the Road Transport (Statutory Rules) Act 2013 (but apply to any amendment or repeal of the regulation).
Note.
The continued effect of the regulation set out in Schedule 3 to the Road Transport (Statutory Rules) Act 2013 is unaffected by the repeal of that Schedule. See section 30 of the Interpretation Act 1987.
