Ownership of devices, plates or documents

(1)

Any devices, plates or documents issued by Transport for NSW for the purpose of authorising the use of a registrable vehicle remain the property of Transport for NSW.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), any special number-plate issued by Transport for NSW (whether or not for the purpose of authorising the use of a registrable vehicle) remains the property of Transport for NSW.
