148ZQ Grounds for revoking operator approvals
Transport for NSW may revoke an operator approval on one or more of the following grounds—
the approved operator has been convicted of an offence against this part,
the approved operator has operated a micromobility vehicle sharing service during a period of suspension under Subdivision 4,
if—
the operator approval has been suspended under Subdivision 4, and
the operator has not, during the suspension period, addressed the grounds for suspension,
any information given by the approved operator for this part is false or misleading in a material way,
the approved operator has been convicted of a second or subsequent unattended property offence,
another ground prescribed by the statutory rules.
