148 Procuring or hiring of motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation
(1)
A person must not procure the use or hire of any motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not aid or abet a person to procure the use or hire of any motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation.
