8 Providing an oral fluid sample for oral fluid analysis following arrest(cf STM Act, s 18D(1))
(1)
A police officer may require a person who has been arrested under clause 7 to provide an oral fluid sample in accordance with the directions of the officer.
(2)
An oral fluid sample taken under this clause may be used for the purpose of conducting an oral fluid analysis.
Note.
Part 4 provides for the procedures in relation to the taking and analysis of samples taken under this clause.
