148ZM Grounds for suspending operator approvals
Transport for NSW may suspend an operator approval on one or more of the following grounds—
(a)
if Transport for NSW is satisfied the approved operator has contravened—
(i)
the vehicle sharing service standards, or
(ii)
another requirement of this part or the statutory rules made under this part,
(b)
the approved operator has been convicted of a second or subsequent unattended property offence,
(c)
another ground prescribed by the statutory rules.
