15 Interlock devices
Any interlock device that is an approved interlock device for the purposes of section 21A of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 is taken to be an approved interlock device for the purposes of section 45 of this Act.
Any person who is an approved interlock installer for the purposes of section 21B of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 is taken to be a person who has been approved as an approved interlock installer for the purposes of section 46 of this Act.
Any person who is an approved interlock service provider for the purposes of section 21B of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 is taken to be a person who has been approved as an approved interlock service provider for the purposes of section 46 of this Act.
Any scheme in effect under section 21D of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 is taken to be a scheme in effect under section 48 of this Act.
