Fees for registration of vehicles of Crown and NSW Government agencies

Current

Any fees relating to the registration of a registrable vehicle payable under this Act—

(a)

if the vehicle is owned by the Crown—are payable by the Crown, or

(b)

if the vehicle is owned by a NSW Government agency—are payable by the agency.
