152 Vehicle movement record to be preserved
(1)
A vehicle movement record relating to each journey commenced, on or after the commencement of this section, by a vehicle to which this Part applies is to be preserved for a period of at least 12 months after the date of commencement of the journey.
(2)
If this section is not complied with, the responsible person for the vehicle is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
