45 Use of existing document for transitional periods
(1)
The statutory rules may make provision for or with respect to the use of existing documents for the purposes of the new road transport legislation for transitional periods.
(2)
A document is an existing document for the purposes of subclause (1) if it is a document prepared before the repeal day for use in connection with the administration or enforcement of the former road transport legislation.
