Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2023

For the purposes of section 18(2)(c) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are—

the names of the incorporated associations to be amalgamated; and

the registration numbers of the incorporated associations to be amalgamated; and

the registered addresses of the incorporated associations to be amalgamated; and

the proposed registered address of the incorporated association to be formed by the amalgamation; and

the proposed postal address of the incorporated association to be formed by the proposed amalgamation; and

the proposed email address of the incorporated association to be formed by the proposed amalgamation.

For the purposes of section 18(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are—

the name of each incorporated association to which the notice relates; and

the registration number of each of the incorporated associations referred to in paragraph (a); and

for each incorporated association, the date and place of the general meeting at which the special resolution was passed; and

details of the special resolutions passed at the meetings approving

the terms of the amalgamation of the incorporated associations; and

the purposes of the proposed amalgamated incorporated association; and

the proposed rules of the proposed amalgamated incorporated association; and

details of the terms of the amalgamation of the incorporated associations; and

the postal address of the association to be formed by the proposed amalgamation.
