11 Amalgamation and certificate of registration
For the purposes of section 20(3) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are
(a)
the name of the newly incorporated association; and
(b)
the registration number of the newly incorporated association; and
(c)
the date on which the amalgamated associations were registered as a single incorporated association under the Act.
