16 Tier one, tier two and tier three associations
(1)
For the purposes of section 90(2)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2024 and each subsequent financial year is $500 000.
(2)
For the purposes of section 90(4) of the Act, the prescribed amount for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2024 and each subsequent financial year is $3 000 000.
