27 Attachments
(1)
If there is insufficient space in a form to contain the required information, that information must be set out in an attachment.
(2)
If a document is attached to a form, the form must refer to the document and specify the following—
(a)
an identifying mark or name;
(b)
the number of pages in the document;
(c)
a brief description of the nature of the document and its contents.
Note
Document is defined in section 38 of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984.
