Fines

In force

The committee of an incorporated association may impose a fine on a member of the association not exceeding $500 payable to the association if—

(a)

the incorporated association provides for the imposition of a fine in its rules for a breach of the rules; and

(b)

the committee determines that the member has breached a rule.
