5 Definitions
In these Regulations—
ACNC means the Australian Charities and Not‑for-profits Commission established under section 105-5 of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 of the Commonwealth;
authorised deposit-taking institution has the same meaning as in the Banking Act 1959 of the Commonwealth;
the Act means the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.
