103ZLB Transitional provision—Transport Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2021
The amendment to the definition of relevant offence in section 84C(1) made by section 61(1) of the Transport Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2021 applies only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that section of that Act.
For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of section 61(1) of the Transport Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2021, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
