113 Vehicles to which this Division applies
This Division applies to a heavy vehicle that is—
on any highway; or
in or on any public place; or
S. 113(c) substituted by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 219).
in or on any premises—
occupied or owned by the Head, Transport for Victoria or by any other public authority; or
occupied by the Secretary or the Department; or
in or on any premises that an inspector is authorised to enter under Division 3 or 4; or
in or on any other place, but only if the vehicle has entered that place as the immediate result of it being involved in an accident on or near a highway.
