85ZS Cross-examination as to offence with which person is charged
On an appeal under section 85ZQ against a decision to, under Division 4, disqualify a person from obtaining a driver licence or learner permit—
(a)
the person who has been disqualified must not be examined or cross‑examined by the magistrate or any other person as to the offence with which the person is charged; and
(b)
no inquiry may be made of the person as to that offence.
