155 Length limit
(1)
For the purposes of this section, a length limit is a limit specified under this Act concerning the maximum length of a vehicle.
(2)
A breach of a length limit is a minor risk breach if the amount by which the permitted length is exceeded is less than 350 mm.
(3)
A breach of a length limit is a substantial risk breach if the amount by which the permitted length is exceeded is 350 mm or more but less than 600 mm.
(4)
A breach of a length limit is a severe risk breach if the amount by which the permitted length is exceeded is 600 mm or more.
