Road Safety Act 1986

the person to whom the approval is transferred (new provider) is substituted for the previous approved provider (old provider) as a party to any arrangement or contract—

that the old provider was a party to; and

that relates to the provision of behaviour change programs; and

that was in force immediately before the transfer; and

a reference to the old provider in any document relating to the provision of behaviour change programs by the old provider is taken to be a reference to the new provider—

so far as it relates to any period on or after the transfer of the approval; and

if not inconsistent with the content or subject matter; and

the conditions applying to the approval continue to apply to the approval.
