85O Effect of suspension under this Part
A driver licence or learner permit suspended under this Part is, during the suspension, of no effect and a person whose driver licence or learner permit is so suspended is, during the suspension, disqualified from obtaining a further driver licence or learner permit.
A person must not apply for or obtain a driver licence or learner permit while the person is disqualified from obtaining a driver licence or learner permit under subsection (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
A driver licence or learner permit obtained while a person is disqualified from obtaining a driver licence or learner permit under subsection (1) is of no effect.
