33E ADS permit
Unless sooner cancelled, an ADS permit remains in force for the period specified in the permit, which must not be more than 3 years.
An ADS permit may be renewed or cancelled only in accordance with the regulations.
An ADS permit holder must ensure that the permit is located within the automated vehicle, or in the possession of a vehicle supervisor in the vehicle, at all times while the vehicle is being used in an ADS trial.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
