(1)
The Secretary may approve, in writing, a person or body to be a provider of safe driving programs for the purposes of this Part.

(2)
The Secretary may determine the process for approving providers and the requirements an applicant must meet to be considered for approval.
(3)
An approval under subsection (1) must be in writing and state which approved safe driving programs the person or body is approved to provide.
