130 Details of warrant to be given to occupier
(1)
If the occupier is present at the premises where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must—
(a)
identify himself or herself to the occupier; and
(b)
give to the occupier a copy of the warrant.
(2)
If the occupier is not present at the premises where a search warrant is being executed but another person is present, the inspector must—
(a)
identify himself or herself to that person; and
(b)
give the person a copy of the warrant.
