85ZO Cancellation of disqualification
(1)
The Chief Commissioner of Police may cancel a disqualification under this Part by giving written notice of cancellation to the person to whom the notice of disqualification was given.
(2)
Immediately on giving written notice of cancellation under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner of Police must give a copy of the notice of cancellation to the Secretary.
