10 Review of landholder negotiation scheme
(1)
The Minister must review and consult on the scheme established under this schedule to determine whether—
(a)
the policy objectives for the scheme remain valid, and
(b)
the provisions of this schedule and the guidelines made under this schedule remain appropriate for achieving the policy objectives.
(2)
The review must be undertaken as soon as practicable after the period of 5 years from the commencement of the Water Management (General) Amendment (Landholder Negotiation Scheme) Regulation 2025.
(3)
A report on the outcome of the review must be published on the Department’s website within 12 months after the review is undertaken.
