4 Floodplain harvesting
(1)
A work used solely to take water under the following—
(a)
a floodplain harvesting (regulated river) access licence, or
(b)
a floodplain harvesting (unregulated river) access licence.
(2)
A work used solely to take overland flow water from a declared floodplain under an unregulated river access licence.
