8 Certain works if total share component is 15ML or less
Each of the following works if the total share components of all access licences on which the work is nominated is 15ML or less—
(a)
a 100mm–499mm pump,
(b)
a 200mm or larger bore,
(c)
a water supply work, other than a pump, used to take water from a surface water source.
