64 Pontoons, jetties and moorings
A controlled activity carried out in connection with the construction of a pontoon, jetty or mooring pole relating to a lake or estuary if the activity does not involve the following—
(a)
the removal of material from the land,
(b)
the depositing of material on the land, other than material necessary for the construction of the pontoon, jetty or mooring,
(c)
works that change the profile of the waterfront land adjoining the lake or estuary.
