47 Activities under mining or crown land legislation
A controlled activity carried out in accordance with—
(a)
a lease, licence, permit or other right in force under the Mining Act 1992 or the Crown Land Management Act 2016, or
(b)
a petroleum title in force under the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991.
