7 Conduct of negotiations
(1)
The Ministerial Corporation must negotiate in a way consistent with the Negotiation Guidelines when negotiating under this schedule.
(2)
The Ministerial Corporation may, when negotiating with a person, take into account—
(a)
previous or existing agreements or arrangements the person has entered into relating to measures for water management, including the installation or upgrade of works or other things for water management, and
(b)
compensation given to the person under the agreements or arrangements.
