Consent of security holder not required for certain dealings

Current

For the Act, section 400(2), the following are exempt from the requirements of the Act, section 71L(1)(c)—

(a)

the grant of a single access licence arising from an application—

(i)

under the Act, section 71U for an access licence to give effect to the transfer into the State of an interstate equivalent of an access licence, and

(ii)

under the Act, section 71P for consolidation of the licence with another licence,

(b)

an increase in the share or extraction component of an access licence in connection with the assignment of rights under the Act, section 71Q.
