53 Activities connected with 1912 Act works
(1)
A controlled activity carried out in connection with the construction or use of a work to which the 1912 Act, Part 2 applies under a licence issued under the part for the work.
(2)
A controlled activity carried out in connection with the construction or use of a controlled work, within the meaning of the 1912 Act, Part 8, under an approval issued under the part for the work.
(3)
This section applies only to a controlled activity—
(a)
set out in the conditions of the licence or approval, and
(b)
carried out in accordance with the conditions.
