51 Advertising not required for works for floodplain harvesting
Advertising an application for a water supply work approval in accordance with section 49(1) is not required for a water supply work if—
(a)
the water supply work is used to take water for floodplain harvesting by a landholder, and
(b)
the floodplain harvesting will be permitted under a replacement floodplain harvesting access licence.
