46 Emergency directions
(1)
A person is exempt in relation to the construction or use of a flood work in compliance with an emergency direction.
(2)
This exemption expires—
(a)
3 months after the date on which the direction is given, or
(b)
on a later date approved by the Minister by written notice to the person.
