98 Certification of open channel metering equipment design
(1)
A duly qualified person who certifies the design of open channel metering equipment for Schedule 5, section 2(4) must give a certificate to the person who obtained the certification.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
The duly qualified person must give the certificate—
(a)
in the approved form and manner, and
(b)
within 7 days after the certification.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
