69 Dam for flood detention and mitigation
A dam—
(a)
that is constructed and used for flood detention and mitigation, and
(b)
from which no water is reticulated or pumped, other than for the purpose of releasing water between flood events, and
(c)
that is located on, or within a catchment of, a minor stream.
