9 Notification of declared releases by Water NSW
(1)
This section applies to a declared release.
(2)
Before a declared release occurs, Water NSW must take reasonable steps to notify an affected landholder who may be affected by flows relating to the release.
(3)
The notification must be in accordance with any direction given by the Minister for the purposes of this section.
(4)
The direction by the Minister may apply to releases generally or specifically.
