Fillets of regulated coral reef fin fish counted as whole fish

For this chapter, a person possessing 2 whole or partial fillets of a species of regulated coral reef fin fish is taken to possess 1 whole regulated coral reef fin fish of the species.

Note—

See also section 184(7) of the Act which provides that if it is relevant to establish a person took fish, evidence that the person possessed the fish at any time is evidence that the person took the fish.
