39 Possessing or using fishing lines—Obi Obi Creek
A person must not in the Obi Obi Creek regulated waters—
(a)
possess a fishing line; or
(b)
use a fishing line to take a fish; or
(c)
possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b).
