Possessing or using nets—Burnett River (netting) and Water Park Creek

This section applies to the following regulated waters—

• Burnett River (netting)

• Water Park Creek.

(2)

A person must not in the regulated waters—

(a)

possess a net; or

(b)

use a net to take a fish; or

(c)

possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b).
