41 Using shell dredges—particular regulated waters
(1)
This section applies to the following regulated waters—
• waterways, lakes and lagoons within the limits of the State
• Moreton Bay (whole)
• Hervey Bay and Great Sandy Strait (shell dredging)
• Hinchinbrook Channel (fishing apparatus area 1).
(2)
A person must not in the regulated waters—
(a)
use a shell dredge to take a fish; or
(b)
possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
