58 Using commercial fishing nets to take spanish mackerel—spanish mackerel waters
A person must not in the spanish mackerel waters—
(a)
use a commercial fishing net to take a spanish mackerel for trade or commerce; or
(b)
possess a spanish mackerel taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
