20 Taking or possessing barramundi in regulated period—waters other than the Gulf of Carpentaria waters
(1)
A person must not in the waters other than the Gulf of Carpentaria waters—
(a)
take barramundi in the regulated period; or
(b)
possess barramundi taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
(2)
For subsection (1)(a), the regulated period is from 1 November to 31 January.
